Fees and Taxes

All rates are dollars per minute, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week.
Calls are billed in 6-second increments with a 30 second minimum.
Calls to Mexico are billed in full minute increments.
Many countries have special lower rates to major cities.
**Important: International calls to cell phones are usually at much higher rates. Ask us for the cell phone and special city rates, if any, for the countries you call.

Toll-Free calls from International locations.
If you have or want a toll-free (800) number, it cannot receive calls from international countries except for the following locations:

Canada	$0.199
Puerto Rico	$0.25
U.S. Virgin Islands	$0.25
